NotForSale.ie exists to help Irish people reclaim and restore vacant and derelict properties for housing—keeping homes in the hands of families and communities, not corporations.

We believe every derelict property represents a lost home, and every restored property strengthens the fabric of Irish communities. This platform is built by the community, for the community.

Anti-Vulture Fund Commitment

NotForSale.ie EXPLICITLY PROHIBITS use by vulture funds, institutional investors, and bulk property acquisition entities.

We do not serve and will not support:

Vulture Funds & Investment Firms — Foreign or domestic funds acquiring Irish property at scale

Corporate Landlords — Entities purchasing multiple properties for rental extraction

Bulk Acquisition Speculators — Anyone purchasing properties to hoard, land-bank, or artificially inflate prices

Data Scrapers for Corporate Use — Automated harvesting of our data for commercial advantage

⚠️ Enforcement

We reserve the right to ban accounts, block access, and take legal action against any entity or individual using this platform in violation of this charter. If you represent a corporate investor or fund, you are not welcome here.

Restoring existing buildings is more sustainable than new builds. We celebrate renovation, adaptive reuse, and breathing new life into old structures.
